Sarasota Quality Products has produced marine and other industrial hardware, locks, marine latches, and stainless steel hinges since 1983. We are headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, where our distribution and customer care team resides.

Our boat products are found on many recreational boats built in the United States, including bass boats, pontoon boats, runabouts, ski boats, deck boats, offshore fishing boats, flats boats, aluminum fishing boats, and center console boats.

Our boat locks, lift rings, and latches are unique in the industry; many have been granted U.S. Patents. We manufacture stainless steel access hardware and plastic lifts for boats, ships, marine crafts, and other industries. The Key Captain is our latest patented product. It is a remote control lock (RF), electrically operated locking and latching system (12V) for boats and the marine industry. Our products are very attractive and durable, offering various options and aesthetics for marine and other industrial hardware users while allowing interchangeability and cohesive trim styles. We also distribute a Splashback paint and gel coat restorer that works on the molecular level for boat and trailer repair and other project restorations.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The payment terms for all orders are 30 days from the invoice date.

About SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments are F.O.B. Westlake, Ohio. Shipments will be sent prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipments via a truck carrier will be collected unless otherwise arranged with Sarasota Quality Products. International shipments are shipped first class USPS mail, where a customs declaration number is issued. No tracking information is available once shipments leave the country unless special shipping arrangements are made by calling Sarasota Quality Products at 440-899-9820. Sarasota Quality Products is not liable for shipments lost by foreign countries, which may take 12-16 weeks.

RECEIVING DEPARTMENT:

All shipments should be checked and verified upon delivery.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:

Prior authorization from the factory is required to return the product. Contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. Returned goods must be returned with transportation charges PREPAID. A credit will be issued for an amount equivalent to the original invoice cost, less a 15% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned within one year of the purchase date.

About TRACING SHIPMENTS:

If merchandise in transit is not received after a reasonable period of time, the consignee should trace it through the carrier or call us for assistance.

About Our WARRANTY

Sarasota Quality Products, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a 2-year period after the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not include products damaged from accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, or unauthorized repair or alteration. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, Sarasota Quality Products, Inc. will credit the original purchaser’s account or replace it, free of charge, at our option. Prior authorization from the factory is required to return the product. Contact Sarasota Quality Product, Inc.’s Customer Service Department for Return Authorization. Returned product must be returned with transportation charges PREPAID. Credit will be issued for an amount equivalent to the original invoice cost. Obsolete, shelf-worn, or altered merchandise will not be accepted.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
