General Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:

Terms of payment on all orders are Net 30 days from date of invoice.

SHIPPING TERMS:

All shipments are F.O.B. Westlake, Ohio. Shipments will be sent prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipments via a truck carrier will be sent collect, unless otherwise arrangements with Sarasota Quality Products. International shipments are shipped first class USPS mail where a customs declaration number is issued. No tracking information is available once shipments leave the country unless special shipping arrangements are made by calling Sarasota Quality Products at 440-899-9820. Sarasota Quality Products is not liable for shipments lost by foreign countries and shipments may take 12-16 weeks.

RECEIVING DEPARTMENT:

All shipments should be checked and verified upon delivery.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:

Prior authorization from the factory is required for return of product. Contact Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. Returned good must be returned with transportations charges PREPAID. A credit will be issued for an amount equivalent to the original invoice cost, less a 15% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned within one year of purchase date.

TRACING SHIPMENTS:

If, after a reasonable period of time, merchandise in-transit is not received, consignee should trace through the carrier or call us for assistance.

SAMPLE POLICY:

Samples will be sent upon request.

WARRANTY:

Sarasota Quality Products, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a 2-year period after the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not include product that is damaged from accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, or unauthorized repair or alteration. If the product should become defective within the warranty period Sarasota Quality Products, Inc will credit the original purchaser’s account or replace it, free of charge at our option. Prior authorization from the factory is required for return of product. Contact Sarasota Quality Product, Inc.’s Customer Service Department for Return Authorization. Returned product must be returned with transportation charges PREPAID. Credit will be issued for an amount equivalent to the original invoice cost. Obsolete, shelf worn, or altered merchandise will not be accepted.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS:

At Sarasota Quality Products we are always trying to improve so we can give you our customer the best products and customer service possible. And if our products and customer service was great we hope you will want to let everyone else know too . In order for a customer to be sent a review they must first give consent. If a customer then decides that they do not want to participate in a review they will only be sent 1 reminder per order. The plugin that we use for reviews comes from CUSREV.
